The EYLF/VEYLDF planning cycle is a process of observation, planning and evaluation used by early childhood teachers and educators to assist in developing quality programs.
The learning outcomes are:
LO 1: Frame play-based teaching practices in early childhood contexts from Aboriginal Australian standpoints.
LO 4: Design curriculum responsive to children aged birth-5 years and families, informed by EYLF/VEYLDF.
LO 5: Formulate teaching practices grounded in reciprocal relationships with children, families, and communities.

To get started on your assessment task, please follow the below instructions.
1.
1. Using the Documentation of Planning Cycle template part 1, write one observation by observing children in any of the videos below. Identify the extra-ordinary in the ordinary moments. Analyse the observation and link it to the EYLF/VEYLDF learning outcomes.
2. Using the Documentation of Planning Cycle template part 2, plan, implement and evaluate 1 experience in response to the observations taken.
3. Implement your planned experience with friends or family members. Complete the Documentation of Planning Cycle template
