The purpose of this qualitative descriiptive study is to describe how educators in a single middle school in North Texas understand the occurrence of school bullying and approaches to effectively addressing the issue. I am specifically looking into schools implementing the Start with Hello Anti-bullying program on campus. I’m also looking into how the district addresses bullying.
