so this class is a public health class called outcome and impact evaluation, the first paper we had to write was choosing a health program or policy we find of interest, the health program i chose was smoking cessation. we had to detail the goals and objectives (outcomes) of the program (or policy) and how the program is designed to achieve these goals and objectives, so that was the instructions for the first paper and what I sent you above was the feedback given by the professor
now the 2 nd paper the one I need help with is the evaluation design , we have to stick to an existing smoking cessation program, it should have these headings including evaluation questions, smart objectives, evaluation design , methods and analysis
