One of the aims of human development is to understand how to make choices and changes to one’s life that bring about desired outcomes and help avoid unfortunate ones. In this project you will examine several elements of the class and apply those to choices, commitments, and future goals
Identify potential pitfalls to aging based upon your known family history. If you do not know your family history, do your best to research it. (50 Points) (will provide this information)
Create a successful aging plan. Detail three (3) to five (5) goals you think will help you age well into your 70s or beyond. (25 Points)
List out thee (3) objectives or action points per goal to help you achieve each of your goals in the successful aging plan. (25 Points)
This plan must be between 750 and 2,000 words. You will need at least 3 outside sources because no successful aging plan can be accomplished without due diligence and research. Utilize APA Style with a works cited page.
