You need to be more clear about what you mean by real life implications, and be careful to not make assumptions about external things outside of the stories. If you want to argue that what you label as the “make believe” elements in the stories affect the lives of the characters, then that would be a better way to ensure your argument focuses on the stories specifically. Make sure your supporting arguments also all connect back to your thesis statement to ensure your analysis is all advancing your argument overall. ”
