You are an analyst in the IT department at a local marketing company Cyber Solutions with offices in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. With the UAE returning to life post-COVID, your management would like to create a hybrid working policy[1] that enables some of the benefits of remote work, while still ensuring that business processes are not affected. It is not intended to be a work from home policy that is implemented 100% of the time, as management found that fully remote working negatively impacted business. However, they would like to have more flexible working conditions to limit delays and challenges caused by physical absences.
Recommendation Report
A project management app helps a project team plan, organize, schedule, track and manage a project. They help a project team assign roles and responsibilities to manage the project to help the team achieve the goals of the project.
The Head of the IT Department at Cyber Solutions has asked your team to write a report to the CEO, Alya Ali, recommending a project app that your company should use. You will need to find three different project management apps, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each one, and then devise a criteria for selecting the best one.
