In addition to evaluating each candidate’s relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
Experience in health care service plans, claims or grievances
Ability to conduct analytical studies, data analysis and reporting, and to meet case management deadlines
Experience reviewing and applying laws and/or regulations
Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, independence, and flexibility
Ability to adjust to shifting priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Ability to manage work and multiple assignments
Demonstrated ability to act independently and as a successful team member.
Experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite
