Description: For this assignment you will synthesize and analyze 3 scholarly secondary sources related to Recreation (Lake Tahoe) . Your paper of three double-spaced pages will have a thesis and an argument designed to support that thesis. This paper will allow you to demonstrate extensive knowledge of scholarly secondary sources related to your topic and help you to formulate an argument about where you might intervene in the literature.
Technical Details: Your paper should be 3 double-spaced pages with one-inch margins in 12-point Times New Roman font. Papers should include a title, footnotes, and bibliography, formatted according to the Chicago Manual of Style. It is recommended that you have one footnote per paragraph. If you are referencing or citing multiple sources in one paragraph, you may combine them in a single footnote. Ex: “Book 1; Book 2; and Book 3.” The bibliography does not count toward the page requirement. No title page is necessary. Pages must be numbered.
