For this assignment, write a proposal letter addressed to the organization you selected during Workshop One. In this scenario, you will assume that you have had a conversation with the owner or a senior leader in the business and briefly discussed the business operations. You can assume that the business has been experiencing change and is considering areas for improvement. Your primary goal is to complete Task 3 from our overall Communication Audit project(Word document).

Develop a proposal letter that would be sent to your identified client where you would describe the communications audit and define both the scope of the project and the potential benefits to the company and its leadership.
In order to complete this task, you will need to conduct some background research on your client. You should select an organization that has a social media presence, a website, and where some general information about the organization can be obtained. It is not necessary to select a large company or organization, but one where you can determine something about their organizational structure, identify their customer and/or market, and make some general assumptions about the size and scope of the business.

Create a Proposal Letter to use to secure a professional partnership for a communication audit project. Be sure to discuss specific communication strategies and the reason for choosing them. You should also understand how to explain the primary research tools involved in a communication audit. You should also feel free to dialogue with your team about the assignment, but each person will submit their own proposal letter addressed to their own identified ‘client’.
Compose a Proposal Letter that includes the following:A brief description of who you are and why you believe you can help this client.
An explanation of the communication audit process (include general timelines and tasks).
A description of the benefits to the business/organization. What they will get out of it, in terms of both deliverables (what will you provide) and benefits (what it will do for them).
