To develop disruptive products, IMB technologies companies must have the proper structure. A good design for innovation is critical because it enables the company to be innovative and accelerates the development of a disruptive product through continuous integration, improvement, and continuous innovation. The following are some of the structures of the invention that are currently in place by the company to ensure they remain competitive (Amy Blitz, 2020).
The first structure is known as vertical integration. Vertical integration refers to a company’s ability to control all stages in the production process, from raw materials to finished goods. The benefits of vertical integration include cost savings, improved quality control, and greater flexibility in response to market conditions. The IMB technology company has a combination of several different innovation structures, including market structure, product structure, process structure, and organizational structure. Each structure provides different elements to the overall business model that allows for flexibility and growth potential for the company.
The second structure is known as horizontal integration. Horizontal integration refers to a company’s ability to control multiple stages in multiple production processes across several industries or markets (Banhozel, 2020). The benefits of horizontal integration include cost savings, improved quality control, and greater flexibility in response to market conditions. The product development program is where the product is developed from an idea to a finished product that can be sold to consumers. This includes all the steps involved in creating a new product or improving an existing one.
The third structure is known as modularity. Modularity refers to a company’s ability to acquire different components from different sources and assemble them into its unique product line or service offering with minimal investment (i.e., modularity). The benefits of modularity include cost. IMB technology companies are structured to innovate. The company has implemented a products and process model that focuses on innovation, which begins with identifying customer needs. The organization then draws up its plan to address these needs by developing new products, expanding existing products, or both. The United States currently has the highest number of best companies and corporations. In this case, they have managed to help companies in creating a better environment for innovations.

For all organizations, innovation is a crucial driver of growth and a source of competitive advantage. It takes the coordinated efforts of numerous different actors, as well as the integration of activities across specialized functions, knowledge domains, and application contexts, to achieve innovation (Naveed et al., 2022). The use of Telehealth and training for new grad nurses are examples of innovation structures that have recently been implemented in my organization.
Implemented an innovative telehealth care delivery model for managing patients with chronic illnesses while they are living in their own homes, as well as a telehealth training program for newly graduated nurses, healthcare administration, patient and professional education, and remote clinical health care are all supported by telehealth, which is the integrated use of electronic information and telecommunications technology.
The telehealth nurse encourages patient wellness, evaluates patients and provides care in isolated or underserved areas, manages chronic conditions, facilitates care transitions, and supports end-of-life care (Rutledge & Gustin, 2021)
Initially, telehealth was created to offer basic medical care to patients in remote areas and underserved populations. Higher patient satisfaction, effective and quality care delivery, and cost-cutting initiatives have also contributed to increased telehealth adoption. Patients’ long-term wellness, self-management, and health are the focus of telehealth nursing (Basir & Bastola,2018)
After implementing this innovation, patient outcomes, and satisfaction increased. The process continues to be implemented and improved in the healthcare system.
