Assignment #2: Outline (15%) This assignment will be a lead-up to the final Research Essay and be an opportunity for students to write a component of that essay. Students will receive a grade and feedback on this assignment before they write the Research Essay.
Essay Outline. Write a 1page outline in point form. Give space between sections and be specific (ie don’t say I will give a definition here; instead, provide the specific definition if needed)You may include short quotes from sources, but make sure you voice is also present. The outline should give a road map of how you will get through your argument and not be simply a list of random points. Please include a thesis for the topic is foreign aid effective?
