For this assignment you will use and apply what you have learned in Chapters 1, 2, and 3 in order to evaluate the quality of food that you consume. Activities will include evaluating and discussing the energy (kilocalories) associated with one meal that you ate on one particular day. You will also be creating a table to show the amount of energy of each food type and calculate the kilocalorie energy consumed.
Specific instructions for this assignment are found in the Assignments section of the appropriate Module in Content. All content in your paper needs to be typed, including any calculations. And photos should be inserted into your single paper submission.
Your submission should be fully typed including any tables and calculations. You should have a Cover Page that includes the following: (Name, Date, title of project). Any required photos/figures/tables should be inserted into your document and properly labeled with a short description. APA format should be followed (Writing Center), including providing in-text citation when a reference is used.
References: You will need a minimum of 3 scientific resources. Your textbook can be one source. Make sure you list any and all references used in APA format at the end of paper.
Submission: Save paper as a Word document and submit to the appropriate Assignment folder. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that the originality software can read your submission.
