Create a case report. Case reports are problems created by you and solved by you. They could be interesting real-life or hypothetical problems. All case reports are evaluated according to the five criteria in the rubric below. You must carefully review the sample case report provided for each case as a benchmark before submitting your case reports.

Page 2: D-code Model Lines (text NOT screenshot)
Page 3: D-code Solution Screenshot, and Embedded Excel Solution PLUS your D-code file for this problem (see the sample case report included for more details).

Please follow the below 5 requirements that we are being graded on.
1) Originality/creativity: How creative are you and how interesting is your problem?
Creativity is often described as constructing problems that are novel, interesting, and useful. You are exposed to several assignments before working on your case report. Consider these assignments but do not copy the ideas (included the assignment examples). Consider a real-life or a hypothetical problem for your case report which is novel, interesting, and useful.
2) Make sure all details are included in your paper, so the reader can clearly understand your problem and your solution. More specifically, clearly show Problem Description, D-code Model Lines (Text NOT Screenshot), D-code Solution Screenshot, and Embedded Excel Solution.
3) Problem description: How well have you descried your problem and how much detail is provided?
A clear, concise, detailed, and narrative problem description with all relevant data.
4) Complexity: How complex is your problem? Is it a straight-forward problem or difficult problem to solve? Your D-code program must have a minimum of 40 program lines (excluding comment lines). This number represents minimum expectations. You should aim at exceeding this minimum requirement for a higher grade.
5)Solution: Is your solution correct and how well are you presenting your solution? Include D-code solution screenshot and the spreadsheet solution by using dynamic data exchange to generate your spreadsheet solution and copying this solution into your PowerPoint slideshow as an embedded Excel file (no screenshot). Make sure to highlight the key figures in this solution.
