Assignment 2 (Week 3)
-Project Contract Checklist
Read the construction agreement (included in atatchments). Assume that you are the Project Manager for Fancy Construction LLC, responsible for the implementation and completion of the contract. Prepare a checklist that you would use to implement the project, assuming you would create a Milestone Chart and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) after reading this contract. Make any assumptions you feel are necessary in order to implement and perform on the contract, making sure you don’t materially alter the contract. (Your assigned deliverable is the checklist, and not a more detailed WBS).
*I have also attached the grading rubric which is two attachments. so please take a look at that to make sure you include everything that must be on the checklist.
